Booking and Reservations
- All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
- To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the terms of your reservation.
- Bookings are subject to availability. Majestic Homestay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if the details provided are incorrect or if the booking exceeds capacity.
Payment
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (upon arrival).
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the arrival date for bookings made through online platforms.
- In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- If the guest fails to check in without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to the property and its contents during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest's account.
- Majestic Homestay is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings during your stay. We encourage all guests to secure their personal items.
Smoking and Alcohol
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Consumption of alcohol is allowed in private areas of the homestay, but we request that guests respect the peaceful environment and do not disturb other visitors.
