Booking and Reservations
- All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
- To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the terms of your reservation.
- Bookings are subject to availability. Majestic Homestay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if the details provided are incorrect or if the booking exceeds capacity.
Payment
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (upon arrival).
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the arrival date for bookings made through online platforms.
- In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out Policy
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (local time). Early check-ins can be arranged, subject to availability and prior notice.
- Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM (local time). Late check-outs may incur additional charges and should be requested in advance.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from Majestic Homestay.
- If pets are allowed, a pet fee and additional cleaning charges may apply.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
- Personal information collected during the booking process (name, email, phone number, payment details, etc.) is used only for the purpose of booking confirmation, communication, and guest services.
- We do not share personal information with third parties, except where necessary for processing payments or as required by law.
